Cape Grim CowboyChop

Cut 3 Chops out of this ,they came in around 2,lb each/1,kilo.

Made a BlackBerry sauce to go with it.
reverse Seared the chop. was delicious.
Smoked for one hour using Acacia Pods then charred on the Go Anywhere

Ahh Titch...that looks so damn delicious.....about the only way I get to have BBQ lately is to come here and look at pics like that.....I just don't have the time to cook anymore :(

How did you do the spuds ?
An experienced cook & now a Weber Baby 'Q' devotee...
