Lamb Rotisseried With Vonnies Flat Bread.
First up,made a simple Marinade for the Lamb,I do mean simple.
The ingrediants.
Diced and cleaned some Lamb Offcuts, added to the Marinade for 24 hours.
Into the Basket and over Charcoal.
Vonnie made some Flat bread dough this morning ,rolled it out for cooking over Charcoal.
Virtualy takes a minute to cook
Flipped after 30 seconds
made the Wraps and ate.

That looks fantastic. Nice job.
I want one or two of those baskets but I'm worried about the size for my spit. They don't seem to differentiate the sizes.

Titch, I never thought of doing something like this. Diced marinated lamb chunks in the basket over the coals just sounds so good. I will be doing this very soon.
