I will have a food stall this Sun May 6 at The Garterbelts and Gasoline Hot Rod Carnivale. Mt Tamborine Showgrounds 9-5.Vintage car show, live music, markets, food and drinks. Entry for the day is $15.

We will have a few different plates coming off the pit at $10. Texas Style Brisket, Carolina Pulled Pork Rolls, and Memphis BBQ Ribs

Entry fee seems steep to get a week end travel crowd up off there arse from the coast.

Hey Smokey Mick. Kids under 12 are free. The festival is a pretty established event so most of the crowd going know the 7 bands and their cars. I will be pulling an all nighter - baby sitting the pit and mopping the briskets and shoulders...
