Was -11º Fahrenheit with 23 mile per hour winds today so instead of grilling outside went with the Showtime rotisserie. This was a 4 lb. sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and wrapped in Saran Wrap to rest overnight in the fridge.
-----
-----
After it was on the rotisserie spit added grilling bands to secure the roast.
-----
Cooked to 145º and rested for 20 minutes for a medium rare.

-----
Sliced Sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and served with mixed vegetables and roasted garlic potato's.

This was so delicious! :drooling:
Thanks for looking!

geg that looks pretty good. I havnt had buffalo in ages, although what we used to get was the Asian water buffalo. That would Bison what you get in the states?

Yes they are bison. My father in law raises them and the bison pasture is adjacent to 3 sides of our yard. Quite often in the summer they will be almost in our front yard!Al_ wrote:geg that looks pretty good. I havnt had buffalo in ages, although what we used to get was the Asian water buffalo.
