Crock is not my thing. Taste like swamp fish.

Kev, definiately an Alligator (Mississippiensis)

Freshies(Johnstonii) and Salties ( Porosus) have the narrower snouts

I have raised and dispatched many of the last two mentioned, and raised the former.
