Potatoes w Preserved Lemons and Rosemary

Chopped new(ish) potatoes, drizzle w oil (or butter), s&p, chopped preserved lemons, rosemary, place in an open foil pouch. I put on back shelf of bbq, then moved over to burner to brown. Keep an eye, turn them, as they can burn. Rosemary and preserved lemon were really good with the potatoes.

Also baked whole parsnip in skin which was quite successful. Skin kept the moisture in. Just put it on back shelf and turned it occasionally, one hour (large parsnip)

Now going to have a go at posting pics - but forgot to take pots pic end result, too busy eating! Served w bbq lamb (OH) and grilled sea bass (me).
