Hi guys. Looking to get a Conveggtor or another type of deflector for indirect cooking.

Anything can be used as a deflector.
The cheapest is a pizza pan from the $2 shop. It will burn up after awhile but it is cheap to replace.
Dedicated deflectors are temp shock resistant and can last awhile. Go to places like BBQ G to find one that fits.
Keep away from pizza stones as they crack under the heat.
