The gloves which are safe to use with food can drastically reduce accidents. They're comfortable, easy to work with and awarded with EN388 Level 5 Cut Resistance. That essentially means the gloves are four times stronger than leather. The gloves do not protect from stabs or punctures but are another layer of defense against a knife slip up.
