Last night I seared some steaks using some of the bulk buy charcoal...wonderful stuff, great heat intensity, nice aroma & produced very little ash...all in all I'm well pleased.
Which is good really as I purchased 10 bags...don't know what I would have done with it if I didn't like it...I suppose that there is always evil bay for those purchases that don't quite go to plan..!
