Since getting my Komodo Kamado I have been doing a lot of cooking
Pork ribs the 3 2 1 method they were fantastic
16 Hour Boston Butt low and slow for a party, everyone said it was the best pulled pork they had ever had
Beef ribs amazing
skirt steak cooked at 600f 60 secs one side the 60 secs the other very tender
I have had a webber kettle for about 15yrs the food never tasted this good
My wife thought the kk was a big waste of money until the first cook
I was lucky enough to get Dave from Hectors Smoke House to show me how to cook properly on the kk massive thanks to him
If your thinking of getting one just buy it and enjoy
