Re: Eastern Rock Cray and Tasmanian Scallop Mornay
Thanks for all the replies
Yeh, it was a winner of a dish.......... not too good for the old ticker of course.... but good for a treat once in a while.
Dont worry, the Missus was quick to mention that i have not done this for her since 2010 .
Bugger it!!!!, i will need to advance on this and make it yearly.
At 40 a head for a couple, its money well spent......................and S**ts all over those "so called" bistro/Club Lobster Half Shell Mornay that you see.

Don't argue with idiots.. They'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Shayne, Im doing this for my Xmas lunch. Have got all the ingredients but the loby is a US Florida import.
I figured Id give it a wirl as Ive never had it before and it sounded interesting.
Pretty much word for word as I still have a few of the aldi swiss cheese.
The only thing i'll change is leave out the fresh bread crumbs but sprinkle dried Krummies over the top
My missus wants some Mexican prawn and corn dish she saw in the paper a few week ago. Thankfully is easy to do
Hope your well brother ?, Not hear from you in a while.
Merry Christmas to you and the Missus.
