Hi all I was given a Hark Big Boss vertical gas smoker for christmas, and I have tried both smoked drumsticks and sausages. Both had only a very faint taste of smoke it was so faint it was hardly noticable. I tried soaking the wood chips but that made no difference. Would anyone who has a gas smoker please let me know how they generate smoke.
