Thanks Chris - so are they just like cooking in a conventional oven then albeit perhaps cooking a bit quicker ? The taste / flavour would have to come from sauces / rubs ??

Hi everyone, Sorry to resurrect this old post, but I am keen at looking at purchasing something like this – does anyone have one currently ? What temperatures do the boxes get up to inside ? What a lucky woman - I would be wrapped if my missus gave me that (as long as she's not throwing it at me trying to make a point as some of the ladies do to us chaps who spend a bit more time at the BBQ than we should )
