Thanks Chris - so are they just like cooking in a conventional oven then albeit perhaps cooking a bit quicker ? The taste / flavour would have to come from sauces / rubs ??

Have you used one before - do you think they are worth the investment or are they just a bit of a novelty ?

What a lucky woman - I would be wrapped if my missus gave me that (as long as she's not throwing it at me trying to make a point as some of the ladies do to us chaps who spend a bit more time at the BBQ than we should :wink: )
