Re: Hinge on Hark Tri-Fire
You're right there - KY is food grade. I use it on my home brew setup and have never had a problem, mainly used to get some tight lines over junctions I haven't upgraded to JG connectors. I do have a feeling that it is water soluble though so might not work on an ongoing basis outdoors - probably lo...

Re: Artisan Breads & No Knead Ideas
I'm giving this one a go tonight with an aim to bake up on Tuesday. Couple of tweaks based on previous experience namely a touch more yeast (14g or two packets) and a teaspoon of caster sugar to the dry mix. The extra sugar and yeast seems to add to the spring and crumb appeal.

If you're a fan of the charred bits give the mountain ribs method a go.
I'm a fan- great alternative to the 321.

Decided to rock out some new BBQ gear Saturday night with the newly received Grill Grates, Tatonka Dust and Hot Whang. Re: Bolar Blade low and slow
You could take it off now and slice it for a cracking dinner with a good gravy or let it sit longer for a great pulled beef base.
Up to you mate!

Re: Northside Brisbane Butchers
I'm from North Brissy and must agree that it's hard to find a decent butcher out this way. Super Butcher is great for beef, especially steaks and roasts however when it comes to pork I find their in house 'House of Straw' brand quite underwhelming. Far too often I see pale and undersized belly and c...

Anyone who beats my Pats deserves to win. Peyton has put on a clinic so many times this season - incredible season.
I'll be knocking out a few stuffed hotdogs and wings. Maybe a rack of ribs if I can find any worth the effort.
