- 1. Why did you start this site?
- I felt that given the number of Australians BBQ-ing (almost everyone with a backyard). It was time we had a site that was Australian-based. There are a number of GREAT American sites and I'm active on a number of the US forums however feel that we can create a thriving site down-under as well!!
